Buy A Bale is an organization that delivers hay, water, groceries, diesel and more to Australian farmers affected by the drought. Bathurst RSL Club has made a $10,000 donation to the charity and will be running a fundraising initiative over the month of September.

Ian Miller, President of the Bathurst RSL Club, commented on the Club’s donation.

“This drought is the worst we’ve seen and we wanted to donate to an organisation that has the network and capacity to distribute locally. Buy a Bale as part of Rural Aid has assured us we will be helping local farmers at this difficult time.”
