Benalla Man Keeps $460k Winnings In Freezer

Where would you stash a first division TattsLotto ticket to keep it safe until you could claim it? For one lucky Benalla man it was his freezer!
The man told a Tatts official he discovered his win on Sunday and hid it in the freezer on advice from his sister.
His entry was one of nine division one winning entries across Australia, including seven from Victoria, in TattsLotto draw 3725 on Saturday 1 April 2017.
Each won a first division prize of $463,590.27.
The man, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased his winning 50-game QuickPick from Rose City Lotto in Benalla, and will look to buy a property with it.
Rose City Lotto owner Kim Lim said the outlet was celebrating their second division one win since taking over ownership of the store in 2014.
The six winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 3725 on Saturday 1 April 2017 were 34, 24, 32, 20, 37 and 16. The supplementary numbers were 45 and 4.
