WINNER - The Golden Bean


Voted the best coffee The Golden Bean clearly has a strong following of regulars. Bendigo's favourite coffee hot spot has been on the grind, consistently putting out quality coffee everyday!

WINNER - TKO Fitness

Yes, it's not that hard to find a good gym, what is hard is finding a good gym that suits you. TKO fitness seems to offer everything one would want in a gym including first class equipment and a friendly atmosphere. From beginners to well seasoned veterans, this gym has a come one come all mentality that invites everyone to join in and improve their health.

WINNER - The Whitehorse Hotel

We all love a good parmi any day of the week and The Whitehorse Hotel has proven to have the best as voted by you Bendigo! With Monday & Tuesday Parma nights for $14 you can't go wrong!

WINNER - Micks Fish & Takeaway

Located across the road from Lake Weeroona there is no better place to enjoy some fish and chips than Mick's Fish and Takeaway! Waterside dining with fresh, locally sourced seafood spells out quality when it comes to seafood. Arguably one of Australia's most recognizable meals, Mick's Fish & Takeaway should be your first stop for some Fish n Chips when you visit Bendigo.

WINNER - The Elmore Bakery

Whether it's sweet or savoury, bakeries are one of the rare places that can fill the void, regardless of the craving. Baking is regarded as a craft and so it should be, there's nothing more satisfying than taking a bite of some warm, freshly baked good straight out of the oven. The votes flooded through for this category but surely enough, The Elmore Bakery rose to the top.

WINNER - Flight Bar

Whether it's a Sunday afternoon backyard BBQ or a night of five star dining, a burger will most likely be on the menu. Nothing beats that feeling of biting into a juicy mouthwatering burger for the first time, and that feeling alone may get you across the line to be voted as the Bendigo's best burger! Head over to Flight Bar if you're still chasing that feeling, you won't be disappointed! We recommend the Bok Bok Burger!

WINNER - Narelle Bravo Hair Studio

Let's face it, there is nothing worse than getting a bad hair cut. So we thought throwing "hairdresser" into our Best of Bendigo search was essential. Narelle Bravo Hair Studio was a clear favourite, voted by none other then the locals of Bendigo. Our suggestion, if you want to put your mind at ease and relax while you get your next trim, Narelle Bravo Hair Studio is your best bet.
