Billy kicked off his 5 Jobs In 5 Days Challenge at Tatura Family Butchers to try his hand at being a butcher!
It wasn't all smooth sailing for Billy, who was put to work straight away by getting him to make his own brand of sausages, which was thoughtfully nicknamed Billy's Bangers.
It was a whole operation for Billy, having to mince the meat, add the spices and put the contents into the skin. Let's just say the team at Tatura Butchers had a bit of a laugh at his expense!
