He’s been described as one of ‘the best tacticians in the game’ and tonight Maroons assistant coach Neil Henry will be hopeful that his side can successfully execute its plan to nullify the impact of a key Blues playmaker.

Speaking on The Big Breakfast this morning the former Raiders and Cowboys coach Neil Henry told Marto, Margaux and Nick Cody that there’ll be a particular focus tonight on shutting down the kicking game of Nathan Cleary.

“We couldn’t get really get a lot of pressure (in Game II) on Cleary” Henry told listeners.

“He got away with some good kicks under not much pressure but they came up with a tactic of having blockers there stopping our runners coming through from marker”

HERE’S WHY

Queensland will hold a psychological edge heading into Game III tonight at a capacity Suncorp Stadium having won eleven of the last thriteen deciders at the venue, NSW not having won one of the those since 2005.
