Port Adelaide hardnut Brad Ebert has confirmed he'll play SANFL this weekend after over a month out from the game with concussion.

Ebert hasn't played any footy since Port Adelaide's Round 7 loss to Collingwood, but speaking to Roo and Ditts on Triple M Adelaide this morning, the midfielder/forward confirmed he'll make his return to footy via the SANFL with the Port Magpies - wearing some headwear to protect his head.

Ebert had two seperate trips to visit a neurologist in Melbourne who gave him the all clear to return to footy this weekend, confirming that the concussion symptoms he had bee suffering for six weeks had finally subsided.

The neurologist also put his mind at ease by stating that another concussion would not necessarily spell the end of Ebert's illustrious career.
