BREAKING: Man Shot At Mayfield West
He's recovering in the JHH..
A man's been shot at Mayfield West this morning.
Emergency services were called to a unit block in Buruda Street just before 5:30am, following reports of shots being fired.
They found the 25 year old nursing a gunshot wound to his left thigh.
He's now in a stable condition in John Hunter Hospital.
Police have set up a crime scene and are canvassing the area looking for clues.
Detectives hoping to speak with the man once he's well enough.
