BREAKING: Up To 45,000 People Without Power Across Sydney

In breaking news, power is out across the Eastern suburbs. 

Roughly 45,000 customers are affected by the outage, with emergency crews on the way to investigate.

Impacted areas include:

• Randwick;
• Bondi Junction;
• Bondi;
• Kensington;
• Queens Park;
• Tamarama;
• Moore Park;
• Bronte;
• Centennial Park;
• Waverley;
• Double Bay; and
• Woollahra.

The outage started at 11.25am, with it expected to be back up and running by 2pm.

UPDATE: As of 12.30pm, Ausgrid has confirmed with the Triple M Newsroom that 10,000 Double Bay customers have had power restored. The remaining 35,000 customers will have a two-hour wait.
