It's the first week of the School Holidays and unfortunately for the kiddies, most of the beaches on the Goldy are closed due to terrifying surf conditions!
For some very daring tourists who travelled to Australia especially for the surf, the conditions are even better than they could have hoped for.
Bridge and Spida had a chat with Shaun Harrington, a.k.a the Mad Hueys about the current conditions and so far, only the likes of Mick Fanning and Joel Parkinson have been spotted braving the giant surf.
Shauny reckons spectators should stay out of the water and let the pros do their thing.
