KFC has run out of chicken across the United Kingdom and the people are not happy!
People were rocking up to their local KFC only to find that they were closed due to a delivery error by company DHL.
DHL only received the contract to deliver chicken to KFC's across the UK and Ireland in November last year, when it claimed that they would "re-write the rule book and set a new benchmark for delivering fresh products".
Famous last words.
Some 600 KFC's across the UK are without chicken, meaning they're now just plain Kentucky Fried's without the chicken.
That means no three piece feeds, no Zinger burgers, not even any popcorn chicken.
KFC UK and Ireland addressed the issue in a Twitter post, claiming ''the Colonel is working on it''.
No word on when order will be restored in the UK, but the people have already gone without their chicken throughout Hangover Sunday, so the worst is surely past them.
