Cannabis Plants Seized From Newcastle Home

A large amount of dried cannabis leaf and a dozen cannabis plants have been seized from a home at Broadmeadow.
Police searched the house in Teralba Road about 11:15am Friday.
They located 12 cannabis plants, over 21kg of dried cannabis, a quantity of steroids and ketamine.
A large amount of hydroponic equipment was also seized.
No one was home at the time. Investigations are continuing.
