Carlton Cheersquad Officially Apologise For Telling The Melbourne Demons To 'Suck Shit'

The Carlton Cheersquad have officially apologised for a tweet that told the Demons to “suck shit.”

The tweet appeared on the Cheersquad twitter account this morning reading:

Dear @MelbourneFC, That’s Karma for the Hogan cheap shot on Rowe and Lewis cheap shot on Cripps. Suck Shit. Love from all Carlton Fans.

The tweet has since been deleted with an official apology issued by “Carlton Cheersquad Leadership”.

“We love banter and rivalry as much as anyone else, but we don’t condone pot shots,” the message reads.

“To everyone hurt by this insensitive tweet, please accept our sincere and unreserved apologies.”
