Carly Pearce Confirms There Will Be a Collaboration with Michael Ray on Her next Album

Carly Pearce and Michael Ray may just be the cutest couple since Kelsea Ballerini and Morgan Evans!  They are so loved up and now they’re taking that love into the studio.

Carly has been hard at work in the studio recording songs for her upcoming sophomore album, recently revealing the answer to the question that has been in everyone’s lips – will she include a collaboration with her fiancé and fellow country artist, Michael Ray.

The answer to that is an emphatic YES!

In a recent interview with ‘PopCulture.com’ Carly confirmed that the new album would include a collaboration with her fiancé;

 “To be able to say he’s a guest on my album, and in my ‘Closer to You’ music video – I never thought in a million years I would be marrying another artist, but now it makes so much sense.”

 “I never thought I would find an artist that is so similar in the way that they approach their career, and their life like he does. He’s just awesome.”

You can catch both Carly and Michael when they perform at CMC Rocks Qld, March 14-17.  Who knows, we may just get a sneak peek at the collaboration!
