The Ben Ikin era at Red Hill has got off to a shaky start with an extraordinary four injuries suffered at training in the past twenty-four hours under the fitness regime implemented by new strength and conditioning coach Dave Ballard.

NRL insider Dobbo has revealed that Ben Te’o (calf), Karmichael Hunt (calf), Albert Kelly (hamstring) and Brendan Piakura (ankle) all suffered injuries in a nightmare two sessions that will have massive ramifications on the starting line-up to face the Sharks on Sunday.

To make things more interesting in a surprise twist one senior player who looked destined to leave the club at the end of the season has now been told that he will not be going anywhere.
