The one and only Russell Crowe has taken to Twitter to spread awareness about Carrie's Beanies 4 Brain Cancer, and there's no doubt that his video will help bring awareness to her very worthy cause.

According to their website, new beanies have gone on sale today, all thanks to Cotton On and Australia Post.

It's a great cause and great to see big names like Russell getting on board.
