Chadstone Carpark Evacuated, Fire Breaks Out In Carpark

Chadstone Shopping Centre is in lockdown due to a fire in the carpark.

The carpark at the popular shopping destination has been evacuated after a car bust into flames. 

Twelve MFB appliances and 40 firefighters worked to contain the blaze. At this stage the cause of the fire is not known.

Community are asked to avoid the area and ensure the roads are clear so emergency services can respond.
