As the region continues to grapple with a housing crisis, Toowoomba is now also in the middle of a labour crisis with a mass exodus of around 4,000 workers since March 2021.
Lee is joined by Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce President Kate Venables who discusses the current issues facing the region.
Ms Venables reveals how the lack of workers is impacting the region and how we might be able to remedy the issue.
Ms Venables also discusses where new workers will live as the region continues to struggle with the housing crisis.
