Charlton Sports Precinct Backed By Toowoomba City Council

Sport-loving locals have been patiently waiting for the arrival of Toowoomba's exciting new Sports Precinct. 

The proposed site in Charlton is edging closer, with steps being put towards building the council project.

Councillor James O'Shea spoke with Lee about the "long-touted" facility plans, and how it'll work in tandem with the proposed Entertainment Precinct in Wellcamp.

"You're going to have potentially two incredible facilities for our region," O'Shea said.

The proposed sporting facilities will cover an array of sports, while helping boost community engagement ahead of the Brisbane Olympics in 2023!
