Chloë McCardel's Incredible Gesture For Jane Kennedy

Jane Kennedy and Mick Molloy spoke to record-breaking Aussie swimmer Chloë McCardel after her 35th swim across the English Channel.

But it's not the first time Chloë and Jane have had anything to do with each other.

"Jane tells me you did something wonderful and lovely for her - what would that have been?" Mick asked.

McCardel followed up with the story.

"I really idolise Jane, so now it's official! It's on radio!" she said.

"I watched The Castle and...I read Jane's books and I think she's amazing."

So McCardel followed up by kickstarting a gesture that Jane said was "one of the highlights of my life".
