Chris Scott Says Ablett Trade Is 'Impossible'

Geelong coach Chris Scott has stated that there are too many obstacles to secure the services of Gold Coast star Gary Ablett.
Scott has said all season that he would welcome Gaz back to Geelong, but there are too many hurdles to get him 'home'.
“If the obstacles I’m hearing are correct and factual then they’re too great,” Scott said on Channel 9.
“I think we’ve been consistent on that, but there’s always room for things to change.
“But if some of the obstacles that have been articulated are true then it’s just impossible.
“It’s not a matter of wanting to do it or not, it’s just impossible.”
Ablett has been rumoured to want to come home at the end of the season, but still has a season to run on his contract with the Suns.
Gold Coast are expected to play hard ball to try and receive adequate compensation for Ablett and won't let their reigning Best and Fairest winner walk out on the club.
