Amongst the Coronavirus nerves its pretty easy to get caught up just thinking about the physical health of yourself and those around you. However in these trying times let's not forget about mental health.
Financial hardships across the nature are cutting back casual workers hours and causing mass redundancies.
On top of all of that, someone who has just lost their job may then be forced to self-isolate for two weeks. In a time when they require the most support, two weeks without any human connection can be dangerous and damaging.
Dr Trav gave Roo and Ditts some advice and strategies for getting through this difficult period with your mental health intact.
