There have been a couple of crashes across the Gold Coast this morning keeping Queensland Ambulance crews busy.

Paramedics were called to Coolangatta at around 6am on Thursday with reports of a collision between a car and a motorbike.

The smash happened at the intersection of Musgrave and Miles Streets, with a man suffering an arm and a knee injury.

He was transported to Tweed Heads Hospital in a stable condition.


Then around 45 minutes later paramedics responded to an incident at Mermaid Waters involving a car and a pedestrian.

The crash occurred at the corner of Rio Vista Boulevard and Lakeview Boulevard.

A patient was assessed on scene before being transported in a stable condition to Gold Coast University Hospital.
