Damian Barrett hopes Hawthorn can show they've made moves to amend the relationship with Cyril Rioli, after it emerged on Saturday in The Age he would not return to the club while Jeff Kennett is president.
Barrett - who initially reported about Rioli and his wife Shannyn's falling out with Kennett and the club back in 2018 - said he is keen to see what the Hawks do next.
"I do hope that when they do say something of meaning publicly that we do get an insight into what they've done since 2018, and not just responding to the public now being in on the full story," he explained.
