Damian Barrett Praises The Unsung Tigers Who've Stepped Up Without Their Stars

One of the stories kicking off the positives in Damo's Recovery Session on Triple M's Rush Hour was the form of the Tigers.

The undermanned Richmond came back from 28 points down on Saturday night to defeat GWS without Trent Cotchin, Shane Edwards, Kane Lambert and Dion Prestia in their midfield. 

And Damian Barrett highlighted five Tigers who've stepped up without those premiership stars.

“They were 28 points down against GWS and if you talk about depth of midfield, they were playing plan C, plan D,” he explained.

“When those guys do come back, the dimension that they’ve now got…it’s going to be priceless for them.”
