Damian Barrett Reveals Injury Question Marks On Dan Hannebery
Could explain the lacklustre start
Damian Barrett has revealed the injury question marks surrounding Sydney star Dan Hannebery.
The gun midfielder hasn’t hit the heights of last season with the Swans struggling at 0-6.
Speaking on The Footy Show, Barrett said that there’s been word that Hannebery’s suffering from the “once-common footballer ailment of osteitis pubis (OP)”.
“We believe that there is a suffering of that ailment (OP) by Daniel Hannebery in a mild form,” Barrett said.
“He’s certainly playing hurt. He’s got other ailments as well.
“It does provide some form of explanation for his lacklustre start to 2017.”

Hannebery has been selected for the Swans’ clash with Brisbane at the SCG on Sunday.
