Daniel Burrett Details Toowoomba's Rental Crisis And What Needs To Change

The entire country is facing a colossal rental crisis, it's no secret! And it's just as bleak along Toowoomba.

Triple M Darling Downs' retail expert Daniel Burrett joins Lee for Breakfast to provide the latest on the situation.

Less than half a percent of rental homes are available for lease in the area, which Burrett says is "absolutely" as bad as it sounds.

"We don't have a property that we can move you into quicksmart..." says the RE/Max employee, "I think it's only going to get worse before it gets better."

Burrett also provided crucial information on what needs to happen before the situation improves.
