Commuters are in for peak-hour chaos this afternoon after a car was hit by a train in Reservoir.
The crash happened not far from Reservoir Station just after 4pm, near the High Street level crossing.
Police have confirmed that thankfully no one was injured, however there are flow-on delays on train lines due to the incident.
Replacement buses have been requested, however there appeared to be a substantial delay in their arrival.
A woman in her 40s has been assessed by paramedics, and the car has been moved from the tracks.
At the time of writing, train services have just resumed between Bell and Epping.
