Another day of federal pollies trying to woo voters in the Robertson electorate - with Labor and the local Liberal MP both holding round tables today.

Lucy Wicks will meet with community stakeholders in Davistown today, as locals seek to protect the Brisbane Water suburb's ecologcally significant wetlands from being developed on.

While Shadow Education minister Tanya Plibersek will visit the Coast today.

The Deputy Opposition leader will be joined by labor senator Deb O Neill, and Robertson candidate Anne Charlton.

It follows data from the Teacher's federation showing schools including Brisbane Water Secondary and Umina Public are set to lose hundreds of thousands by 2019.

Ms Plibersek will also meet with local DV service providers at Ocean Beach SLSC this afternoon, before an education forum with P&C members at Terrigal high school at 6:30pm.
