Deputy Premier Steven Miles has accused New South Wales of "tearing up" the Prime Minister's national roadmap.

The Queensland Government still hasn't set a date for borders to open because they're needing more people to come forward and get vaccinated.

"There are very few restrictions currently in Queensland when compared to southern states. What we’ve seen in recent days is that NSW has torn up that national plan and gone rogue," he said.

Chief Health Officer Jeannette Young is urging everyone to get vaccinated, saying it's now getting too late.

"We're in the home stretch, we're over 70 per cent first dose and I'm confident we'll get over 70 per cent second dose. But now we've really got to push it so we get above that 80 per cent. I just can't see how we can keep this virus out for much longer. It's time for us to normalise this," she said.

She's calling for over 50,000 vaccinations per day.

Queensland has recorded no new cases community transmission for its 12th consecutive day.
