If Queensland fans were holding onto any hope of restoring some pride with a victory in Game III at next Wednesday night in Newcastle they can probably park it now after front-rower Jai Arrow’s COVID breach at the team hotel has seen the South Sydney star ruled out for the clash.

Arrow has been handed a $35,000 fine for allegedly bringing an ‘unregistered guest’ into Maroons camp and will now miss the final game of the series and South Sydney’s round 18 fixture against Canterbury.

This morning on Winter Breakfast with Dobbo, Elliot & Harley Breen the former lamented Arrow’s ‘selfish’ behaviour.

“It reeks of selfishness. Queensland can’t win next week now”

“You take one of their best players out, I’m sure he’s regretting it today, he said sorry, he fully expects the criticism. It’s just a stupid situation”
