Don Pyke joined Jars and Louie on Triple M Adelaide's The Rush Hour yesterday and gave a frank assessment of the year and what's happening right now at the Adelaide Football Club.

Pyke says that "the culture of the club has been challenged", but that the team and staff are still all getting along.

He also says that there will be mass reviews at the end of the season.

LISTEN to Don Pyke on the disappointing performance against Collingwood here:

After another disappointing performance for the Crows, especially the fade out in the second half, Pyke denies the club is too slow, but they are trying to get the balance right.

He also went on to say he's learning as a coach and reviewing himself all the time. He admits "not every decision (he makes) is right".

He also had some revealing stuff about Wayne Milera, saying he hasn't reached the heights he hoped for this year but blames himself and the coaching staff for that.
