Queensland will head to the polls this Saturday and it looks like the vote is going to be a very close call.

The latest Galaxy poll shows Labor is on track to win the 47 seats needed for a majority, leading the LNP 52 per cent to 48 per cent on a two-party preferred basis.

Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk believes tomorrow's vote will be a very tough one.

"At the last election, I had to climb Mount Everest and this election is no different. At the end of the day it is going to be up to the people of this great state," Palaszczuk told ABC.

Through the entire election campaign, Opposition leader Tim Nicholls has been plagued with questions about a possible preference deal with One Nation, but a slip of the tongue on breakfast television on Friday, seems to have left the door open for potential Hanson support.

Nicholls has been persistent in saying there would be "no deals", but continues to avoid saying if he would accept the party's votes in a minority government.

"The simple message is if you want a government, a stable majority government with the financial credentials to deliver jobs, to cut your cost of living to reduce power bills, to invest in infrastructure, then the best thing to do is to support your local LNP-One...ahh...LNP candidate at the election,” he said on Sunrise.

Support for One Nation has fallen six points in the past week, down from 18 per cent to 12 per cent, but leader Pauline Hanson said she doesn't believe the polls.

"I've been on the ground right across the state, I believe there is support for One Nation, I don't believe the figures. The real test will be tomorrow and I believe a lot of people are voting for One Nation," she said on Sunrise.

Polling booths across the state will be open from 8am to 6pm on election day, to see the full list of polling booths head to the Electoral Commission Queensland website.
