Durack MP Concerned Over Regional Travel Inconsistencies
Travel Still Banned To The Midwest
The State Government announced that Stage 2 of the restrictions during Covid-19 would be lifted on Monday, May 18th.
This includes travel between Perth/Peel regions, The South West, Great Southern and the Wheatbelt.
However the Midwest, which includes the City of Geraldton is still cut off from the south except for essential travel, starving the region of much need tourists.
Federal Member for Durack, Melissa Price expressed her concerns about the decision.
