Dylan Shiel Adds To Essendon's Injury Woes

Essendon midfielder Dylan Shiel has injured his right hamstring at the MCG tonight. 

Shiel went down to the rooms for medical early in the fourth quarter and has not returned to the field. 

Triple M's Michael Roberts confirmed that Shiel has injured his right hamstring adding to Essendon's injury woes.

Star forward Jake Stringer is the other casualty from tonight, hurting his left hamstring before half-time. 

Sheil adds to the growing injury list at Essendon with the likes of Joe Daniher, Devon Smith, Orazio Fantasia and James Stewart all on the sidelines.  

The extent of Shiel's injury has not been confirmed.
