Ed Talks Us Through The Flowers He Got Caroline Wilson For Her Birthday

Caroline Wilson celebrated her birthday on Sunday, and our man Eddie McGuire told the Hot Breakfast this morning about the flowers he sent her to celebrate.

“It’s a special birthday for Caroline, and she’s now a team member on Footy Classified,” he said.
“You know what I’m like Darc, I don’t mind having a blue along the journey, but you get over it and move on pretty quickly… until the next one!”
Ed said he gave Caro “good flowers”.
“At the moment the ones that are obviously in bloom, Darc,” he said.
“I sent tulips, I sent some tulips.”
He also said he’d “dictated” a card to his PA.
“She’s a journo, I’m a journo, that’s what we do,” Ex said.
“You dictate over the phone, we used to have copy takers back in the old days… it was like I was back in the press box in 1978!”
