Emergency Bushfire Warning Forrestdale

Lives and homes are under threat in the southern part of Forrestdale with a fast moving bushfire in the area. 

Residents in the area bounded by Anstey Road, Armadale Road, Tonkin Highway, Rowley Road, Nicholson Road, Armadale Road are in danger and need to act immediately. 

An evacuation centre has been set up at Armadale Arena.

The Department of Fire and Emergency has advised that students at Forrestfield Primary School have been evacuated to nearby Neerigen Brook Primary School and that all students are safe.
