Federal Member Damian Drum Is Confronted With Hard Hitting Questions About The Australian Drought
It's time to face the music...
During an intense chat with Local and Federal Member Damian Drum, Billy asked some hard hitting questions on behalf of drought affected, Goulburn Valley farmers regarding accusations of the noticeable inaction from both himself and The Nationals.
At this point in time, The Nationals are sitting on a 70% majority in the Goulburn Valley region, however, with the current accusations at play, these numbers could drop dramatically with Farmers abandoning the party in hoards for lack of answers to burning questions.
Farmers want to know why the Government hasn't launched an investigation into the Murray Darling Basin Plan and it's detrimental impact on the environment, why this is preventing farmers from accessing water they've already paid for, why billions of litres of water is being wasted through the South Australian Sea and other tough questions the Government is yet to address.
MP Drum comes face to face with these questions as Billy searches for answers on behalf of Goulburn Valley locals and farmers.
