Firies have handed things back to staff at a Jilliby tip, after getting a burning pile of mulch under control there this morning.
Six trucks from arwas including Lake Munmorah and Chittaway rushed to the scene about 4am.
The smouldering mulch at Buttonderry Waste Managmenet Facility's hasn't affected operations.
