Clear your schedule next month!
There comes a time in every wine lovers life when you must unapologetically clear your schedule to tantalise your taste buds with the regions finest grapes.
Next month with the smell of subtle berry tones in the air and the sound of swirling glasses echoing across the countryside, it's pretty clear that that time has now come my friends.
10 days. 90 events. 30 cellar doors. And a whole lotta grape fun. The Orange Wine Festival is back from 12 October until 21 October descending countless bottles of elegant produce and bottles in various locations across our town.
From vintage masterclasses, live music and tastings to workshops, feasts, picnics and markets, the array of events across the 10 day program is seriously impressive.
We've taken the liberty of rounding up some signature highlights, old and new, that will need a space in your calendar pronto.

Orange Show Tasting - 12 October
There are numerous tastings across the 10 day line-up but none quite like the Orange Wine Tasting Show at the Hotel Canobolas. If these wines were a hotel they'd be The Ritz overlooking Lake Tahoe: Award winning and with the highest of elegance and class. And guess what, you're all staying the night. Taste, judge and graze on local produce at this night-time affair hailed as this years 'not to be missed' event.
