'F*** It': Bunnings Warehouse Store Has A Bit Of A Cock-Up With Handwritten Sign

A Bunnings Warehouse in Queensland has had a hilarious gaff with a handwritten sign in one of their Queensland stores.

The Bunnings Warehouse in Moreton Bay are rather generously selling some LED light switches for $3.99 - unfortunately the product may have got more exposure than desired when an employee wrote and a handwritten sign saying 'FLICK IT'.

What happens when you write L and I close together in uppercase font, they kinda form a U shape, which changes the word 'FLICK' into something else...

As is tradition in the modern world, the sign was captured by a customer and posted on social media..

It was promptly removed after garnering a bit of traction online.

Bunnings QLD North Operations Manager Kent Payne had this to say on the sign: ‘Given the nature of our hand written signs, it is unfortunate that this Flick It switch label was misinterpreted. Once we were alerted, we removed it immediately and it was re-written in clearer text’.

Maybe next time they'll just say, "ahh flick it" and leave the sign up...
