Melbourne CEO Gary Pert joined The Rub ahead of last night's Anzac Eve clash at the 'G and dished some dirt on BT.
Pert was a former Executive at Triple M and was involved in a number of BT's contract negotiations.
When he was quizzed if whether Brian use to sacrifice his salary like special guest Dale Thomas did to stay at Carlton, Pert told the boys that BT's asking rate only went north!

“I did a lot of BT’s contracts and they never, ever went backwards,” Pert said.
“The only thing that went backwards - his availability and work ethic.
“He was less & less available but wanted more & more money.”
