‘Go Play Another Sport’ | Gordie DOUBLES DOWN on ‘Soft’ Broncos

The fallout from Kevin Walters’ brutal spray to his players after Thursday night’s embarrassing loss to the Eels has continued with Gorden Tallis this morning telling the players who allegedly complained about the nature of the address to go elsewhere if they don’t like it.

Speaking on Triple M Breakfast with Marto and Margaux the Broncos great told listeners that he was less the impressed with the players who spoke ill of his former captain’s stern words, referencing Jared Waerea-Hargreaves and even citing the AFL’s Dayne Zorko/ Melbourne incident last week in his criticism of the lack of toughness shown.

“There’s a lot of things that you don’t like that is said about you through your career, there’s stuff about your mum and all that stuff   - But you’ve gotta get over it.”

The Broncos season is officially in tatters after results went against them on the weekend, leaving them needing to beat the Dragons away while hoping Wests Tigers to knock off Canberra.
