The Broncos are back, or at least coach Kevin Walters believes they are. After finishing 14th on the ladder last season a renewed spirit seems to have awash pre-season training.

Speaking on The Rush Hour Queenslander with Dobbo Walters is already seeing the benefits of a cultural shift at Red Hill, brought upon by key personel changes within the club’s set up and team looks tighter than ever.

“Those friendships have been taken to another level through the off-season…they remained pretty tight through all of that a lot of them were pairing up and doubling up in preparation for this year.”

As for the nature of the highly-speculated  ‘employment agreement’ the former premiership captain was quick to shut down those rumours.
