Triple M Adelaide’s Dead Set Legend’s will welcome one of the cities favorite sporting sons to the team in 2018 - former Test cricketer Greg Blewett!

Greg will join existing Dead Set Legends co-hosts Ken ‘KG’ Cunningham and Andrew ‘Jars’ Jarman each Saturday morning, 9am-midday on Triple M 104.7 to share their passion and inside knowledge of what has been happening on and off the sporting field.

Representing Australia and the SA Redbacks throughout the 90s and early noughties, Greg is now a part of the Redbacks and Adelaide Strikers coaching staff. He has plenty of sports commentating experience under his belt, most recently as a part of Triple M Cricket’s Ashes coverage, and can’t wait to have a crack on DSL. Juggling fatherhood with 3 young children Sam, Taylor and Rory, it’s not just cricket with this guy!

“I couldn’t be happier to tell you the truth. This is something I’ve always wanted to do since I finished my cricket,” said Blewett.

KG and Jars have hosted Dead Set Legends six years now bringing a great mix of sport, opinion and fun to Saturday mornings! KG is SA broadcasting royalty with over 40 years on Adelaide radio. Jars is a Crows legend, who also co-hosts Triple M’s Rush Hour with Jars & Louie on weekdays. He wears his heart on his sleeve and isn’t afraid to say what he thinks!

"Dead Set Legends has been very solid show for us now for almost a decade and great to have a new recruit," Triple M Adelaide Content Director Matthew ORielly said.

"Greg sounded great during Triple M’s coverage of the ashes so great to have him on the station regularly."

Tune into the Dead Set Legends with KG, Jars and Greg Blewett from Saturday 27th January, 9am-12pm on 104.7 Triple M Adelaide.
