This afternoon the Australian live music community are banning together to for the Don't Kill Live Music Rally in Hyde Park, Sydney.

Following tough and unrealistic measures put in place by the NSW government, the music industry has suffered, most recently music festivals being shut down due to ridiculous and unaffordable fees.

Grinspoon frontman Phil Jamieson joined Triple M Sydney's Moonman In The Morning to talk about today's rally and what needs to change to keep live music alive.
