Have Your Say on Orange's Future

Stage two of the Where to Next? Ten Year Blue Print Plan, is right around the corner, the Orange City Council finishing off the community consultation phase of the project.

Face to face meetings have begun, with pop-up stalls also on the agenda. At midday today, and again at 5:30pm (8th February, 2018), the doors to the council chambers will open, giving residents a chance to fine- tune the ideas that have already been put forward. 

The council has received over 1000 contributions, on topics like sustainability, tourism, CBD refurbishments, and recreation. 

The conversation around the community strategic plan, will finish up on the 20th of February, the council no longer accepting new ideas after this date. We can head to the Your Say website, to submit a contribution before then.
