Hear The Experiences Of Our Former Australia Treasurer At Bendigo Library Next Week

Meet former Australia Treasurer and current Federal Member for Lilley, Wayne Swan, at the Bendigo Library next Tuesday.

Mr Swan, who was Treasurer during the Global Financial Crisis, and was named Euromoney Finance Minister of the Year in 2011, will be speaking about a number of topics including Parliament, economics, and his influence during the Rudd and Gillard governments.

He will also share some of the experiences which inspired his book The Good Fight: Six Years, Two Prime Ministers and Staring Down the Great Recession (2014).
