Stats show that one third of us have gained weight since self-isolation began, our screen time is up by 50% and we are eating 34% more junk food! Sounds about right.

Jemma also spoke about what chronic stress can lead us to - the fridge & pantry!

She also shared some great tips on how to take back control & be our best selves during iso.
