It had all the makings of a must-see documentary - a fly-on-the wall series made by streaming giant Netflix following the journey of the Queensland Origin side as they prepare for this year’s November series against NSW. Even loveable larrikin and die-hard Maroons supporter Karl Stefanovic had signed on to host the special series focusing on the lead-in to Game I in Adelaide. Bennett told Dobbo that there was very simple reason why he did not want a six-person camera crew in his dressing room in preparation for his side young side's clash with the Blues.

“(Do) you want to win a state of Origin series or do you want to see us get flogged?”
