What do I actually do if someone I know is suicidal?

It's an important thing to recognise. Most of us would have done a first-aid course, so you'd have some sort of idea when it came to dealing with a first-aid situation.

But what about if someone confided in you that they were in a dark place. What would you do?

Fortunately, we have access to fantastic people and sources of information, and this morning, CMK spoke with Shayne Connell, CEO of LivingWorks, who revealed that there's actually an online course that exists to deal with that scary scenario.
